1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to FindWorks ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, mobile views, or applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the FindWorks platform.
2. Job Seeker Accounts & Candidate Responsibilities
To access features such as saving jobs, tracking applications, and receiving personalized job alerts, you may be required to register a FindWorks candidate account.
- Accurate Profile Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information regarding your work experience, education, skills, and contact details.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- Single Account Policy: Creation of duplicate accounts, fake identities, or misrepresenting your identity as another candidate is strictly prohibited.
3. Employer Postings & Verification Guidelines
Employers utilizing the FindWorks portal represent that all posted vacancies, Sarkari Naukri notices, and internship opportunities represent genuine employment openings.
- No employer may charge candidates mandatory upfront application fees or placement charges.
- Listings violating labor laws or containing misleading descriptions will be permanently removed.
- FindWorks reserves the right to verify employer identities and suspend non-compliant recruiter accounts.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The design system, brand logo, software code, page structure, graphics, and compilation of job data on FindWorks are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view job listings for personal, non-commercial employment search purposes.
5. Prohibited Activities
When using FindWorks, you explicitly agree not to:
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or spiders to harvest candidate data or job listings without explicit written permission.
- Attempt to bypass security measures, probe system vulnerabilities, or execute brute-force attacks against authentication endpoints.
- Upload files containing viruses, malicious code, or corrupted data.
- Post defamatory, abusive, unlawful, or discriminatory content.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
FindWorks provides job listings and recruitment tools on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we make every effort to verify government job notifications and company postings, FindWorks does not guarantee job placement or offer employment contracts directly.
In no event shall FindWorks or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party employer communications, or hiring decisions.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
