3. Information Sharing & Third Parties

FindWorks does not sell candidate contact information. We only share candidate data under the following circumstances:

• With Employers: When you actively submit a job application, your profile and attached resume are transmitted to the hiring organization.
• Legal Obligations: If required by Indian law enforcement, court order, or statutory regulations to protect legal rights and platform safety.

4. Data Security & Encryption

We employ industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to safeguard candidate data:

• Passwords are stored using strong, one-way cryptographic hashing (`PASSWORD_BCRYPT` / Argon2id).
• Session authentication tokens use secure `HttpOnly` and `SameSite` cookie flags.
• All data transfers in production are protected via HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

FindWorks uses essential session cookies to keep you logged in securely as you navigate across candidate dashboard pages and job listings. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Candidate Rights & Data Control

You maintain full ownership and control over your candidate profile:

• Edit Information: You can update your contact details, resume, and skills at any time via Edit Profile.
• Job Alert Preferences: You may toggle job alert notification emails on or off in your candidate settings.
• Account Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your FindWorks profile and resume files by contacting our privacy officer.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or platform functionality. Any updates will be published on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date.
